The ISBS group room block is open to make your room reservation at the Gaylord Marriott National Harbor Resort.
- Group standard contracted room rate: $209/night + $27 resort fee + 18% tax (sgl/dbl). First night room and tax deposit is required at the time you are making your reservation.
- Government per diem rate: $188/night (sgl/dbl) – waived resort fee and no room or tax deposit is required at the time that you are making your reservation. Credentials are required at check in for the per diem rate to be honored.

The group rates apply 3 days pre and post the conference, based on hotel availability.

Resort Fee
The daily resort fee of $27.00/day was negotiated as a discounted rate for ISBS attendees. The resort fee is added to the guest room rate and is subject to applicable tax which is currently 6% –subject to change without notice.

Individuals are responsible for their own discretionary bellman and housekeeping gratuities.

Hotel Deposit Policy:
- Non-Government/Industry room rate: a first night’s room and tax is required and will be charged to your credit card when booking your room reservation
- A government per diem rate will be guaranteed with your credit card, there is no first night room deposit required. Credentials are required at check in for the per diem rate to be honored by the hotel.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
- If an individual cancels a room reservation at least 72 hours prior to arrival, there will be no charge and the deposit will be refunded.
- If an individual cancels after 72 hours or does not show, the charge of one night’s room and tax will charge to your credit card.
Early Departure Fee:
- Hotel will charge an early departure fee if an individual checks out of the hotel prior to the individual’s scheduled departure date. You must notify the hotel by 12:00 midnight the day after check-in of any change in a scheduled departure to avoid a one night’s room and tax fee.
Self Parking: $26 per vehicle, per day. Valet parking is $59 per night plus tax (6%).
